The Future as a Project | Doxiadis in Skopje
Τhe exhibition The Future as a Project | Doxiadis in Skopje presents – for the
first time in Greece – the reconstruction of Skopje after the 1963 earthquake, combining material
from the Doxiadis Archive and a series of architectural models of modern Skopje buildings. Two days
of events will open the exhibition at the Benaki Museum-Piraeus Street. On the first day (17/12) an
international conference will take place (15.00-19.30), followed by the official opening of the
exhibition. Τhe next day (18/12) includes two free guided tours (17.00-18.00, 30 persons/tour) to the
exhibition, followed by the presentation of the printed catalog and a roundtable discussion.
